Legal Associate
Support clients with legal analysis, document preparation, regulatory research, and day-to-day legal processes.

Job description
As a Legal Associate, you will support lawyers and clients in handling a wide range of legal matters. Your work will include legal research, document preparation, contract review, case organization, and communication with clients and external parties.
You will work closely with senior lawyers to ensure that every case is properly documented, carefully reviewed, and handled according to applicable laws and internal standards.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who wants to develop strong practical experience while contributing to meaningful client work.
Job responsibilities
Conduct legal research on legislation, regulations, and relevant case law.
Prepare and review contracts, legal letters, reports, and internal documents.
Assist senior lawyers with active cases and client matters.
Organize case files, evidence, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
Communicate with clients to collect required information and documents.
Track important deadlines, hearings, meetings, and legal obligations.
Prepare summaries of legal findings and recommendations.
Support contract negotiations and document revisions.
Coordinate with government authorities, courts, and external consultants.
Ensure that client information is handled confidentially.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records.
Participate in internal legal reviews and team meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or similar environment.
Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prepare clear and accurate legal documents.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to manage several assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Knowledge of Polish or another European language is an advantage.
Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional ethics.
