Support the legal team with document management, scheduling, client communication, and daily administrative coordination.

Job description
The Legal Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to lawyers working across several practice areas.
You will help manage documents, client communications, appointments, internal records, and important deadlines. Your work will allow lawyers to focus on legal analysis and client representation while ensuring that daily processes remain efficient and organized.
This position is suitable for someone who is responsible, structured, attentive to detail, and interested in developing a career within the legal industry.
Previous legal experience is helpful but not essential. Training and guidance will be provided to the right candidate.
Job responsibilities
Prepare, format, proofread, and organize legal documents.
Maintain digital and physical client files.
Schedule client meetings, consultations, and internal reviews.
Monitor deadlines, appointments, and document submission dates.
Communicate with clients regarding documents and meeting arrangements.
Assist lawyers with administrative preparation for cases.
Prepare standard letters, forms, and internal documents.
Organize incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Update client information in internal systems.
Support invoice preparation and expense tracking.
Coordinate document signatures and approvals.
Maintain confidential information and secure legal records.
Assist with basic legal research when required.
Support the team with general office and operational tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Experience in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to write clear and professional emails.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Professional and respectful communication style.
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
English proficiency is required.
Polish language skills are strongly preferred.
